What is the Trained For “Saving Lives” Program?
The TRAINED FOR “SAVING LIVES” program is an effort to have the North Coast counties (Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, and Solano) become the safest wine country experience possible, for both staff and consumers alike. When you visit the North Coast, your health and safety is very important to us. The participating wineries have had their staff trained, to guarantee your safety and well-being.
How to become involved with TRAINED FOR “SAVING LIVES?”
In collaboration with the American Red Cross and ZOLL Medical Corporation, Ron Rubin Winery is covering the cost of one ZOLL AED PLUS (Automated External Defibrillator) unit, to each qualifying North Coast winery.
This sustainability and safety program is designed to keep everyone at a North Coast winery safe and saved, if necessary.

Sonoma Stories: The lifesaver that Ron Rubin wants to see at every Sonoma County winery
In order for a winery in the North Coast to qualify to receive a ZOLL AED PLUS, winery owners or representatives must contact Ron Rubin by Email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After a winery’s qualifications are approved to receive a ZOLL AED PLUS, it will be promptly contacted, by a representative from the American Red Cross, to schedule CPR/AED/First Aid training for the winery’s team. Winery participants will cover the cost of their staff training.
