Make Wine Not War

Get ready to “SEE THE LIGHT” as you illuminate the magic hidden in our 2015 Black Light wine label. This groovy white wine, made from the rare Symphony grape, shows far-out flavors of ripe apricot, summer melon, honeysuckle, white peach, sweet pineapple and hints of citrus.

Symphony is a hybrid grape variety resulting from the crossing of Grenache Gris and the Muscat of Alexandria, developed by the vinicultural department of the University of California, Davis in 1948. Since 1982 when this varietal was officially patented, it has been used in dry and sweet white wine blends for its great aromatic character which will continue to peak within the next 2 to 3 years. Symphony is sweet without being cloying, making it the perfect wine for spicy Asian inspired dishes, creamy cheeses or just summer time sipping!
